These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of runesholdings.com (the "Site"), operated by Runes Holdings LLC ("Runes Holdings," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Minnesota, United States. The Site is an informational site describing Runes Holdings and two of its current ventures: a fragrance line marketed at runescologne.com, and ShipLogr, a shipment-tracking and cost-of-goods-sold application marketed at shiplogr.com. Those external sites and any product or service offered there are governed by their own terms, which may differ from these.

2. No Transactions on This Site

This Site does not process orders, payments, or account sign-ups. The "Notify me" form simply drafts an email in your own email client; nothing is purchased, subscribed to, or submitted to a server through this Site.

The Site's content — including its text, layout, graphics, and the Runes Holdings name and mark — is owned by Runes Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
